Hey, everyone. Excited to have you in this webinar today. We have a packed agenda. My name's Austin Goff. I'm coming here from sunny North Carolina. It's 60 degrees here. No clouds in the sky. Hopefully, you're having having good weather where you are or if not, hopefully in a few days you'll be having good weather. We'll give a a few minutes for everybody to to join the webinar and then we'll jump into, into the the meat of the webinar. And we have a really excited one exciting one today and I think you'll get a lot of value out of it, plus you'll get a a fun sneak peek into what's coming. So we'll just give it another minute or so. We'll do a little housekeeping, walk through, kinda what what are we gonna cover today, and then we'll we'll jump into it. And then at the end, we'll do a a fun, you know, live q and a where we'll take questions and answer them. So excited to have that happen. Alright. Sweet. Today's session is designed to invite you to experience the new BambooHR. We're gonna recap kind of all the things that have happened in the last, you know, three months, last quarter, walk through some things that are coming soon. If you were in the waiting room today, you probably saw, a video highlighting those three plans that, that we've launched, the Bam Boy HR one that's coming soon. And, we're excited to walk through the different products that are coming to those those different plans and telling you about how they can bring value at your company and really take you to the next level as you implement them and adopt them within within your current workflows. We want you to walk away from this webinar excited about the future, what we have coming, the features that are that are in the works, the features that have happened, and hopefully with an understanding about how those features will help your organization in 2025 and beyond. First a couple of housekeeping items. We're gonna go through some introductions of the people that we'll be presenting to the to to you today. Give you a kind of a heads up on who they are and and what they represent. We'll do a recap of those product releases that have happened in q one. A few of those releases, we'll note, are coming soon, so they may have happened already. Or if we mention that they're coming soon, that means they're they're coming up in the near future. Sometimes in a few weeks, sometimes in the next month. And then we'll jump into a glimpse of what the rest of 2025 holds for you and your company. A lot of the things we'll be talking about in that sneak peek, which I'm sure a lot of you are here to enjoy, will be what's coming in the next four months, really five months, and there'll be even more coming after that. So we're excited to walk you through that. And then we'll like I said, we'll do a live q and a, and answer some of those questions that are coming up in in the, in the q and a. I'm the team lead of our product marketing team. My team is focused on bringing new products and features to market for for you all to enjoy. So if you get communication about a new feature launch, chances are it came from somebody on my team. They'll be presenting the different areas. I won't take you through each of their names, but they're all equally important and have a ton of great things to to show you today. So we're excited to to share this with you and you can rely on them to kind of walk you through on a on a high level what these products are and and the value that they're gonna bring to you. So I'm excited to have my whole product marketing team here, to to walk you through it. So let's jump in. First, I wanna start with a quick poll. I would love to hear why you joined the webinar today. Is it just to catch up on the product releases that have happened? Are you looking to get a better understanding of the features available to you? Do you want to see that sneak peek of the 2025 roadmap? Or do you just love BambooHR and you just come to every single webinar that we have? I know there's a lot of people that just, want to be here and enjoy it. We're already at nine votes for just loving BambooHR, which I love 30 votes now. So I don't I'll I'll not give you a play by play, but it's exciting to see all the different reasons you're here. And I know that we care about you and and making your experience within BambooHR really strong. With that, I'm gonna pass it over to Nate to start walking us through the new BambooHR platform, and then he'll pass it on to the other members of the team to walk you through those those next features. So, Nate, passing it over to you. Sorry about that. My browser decided to update. Getting a thumbs up now. I think we're good. Okay. Well, apologize for the five second delay. I'm Nate Richardson. I'm a product marketing manager at BambooHR. Been here for about six years. Excited to dive into the new BambooHR platform, and I'm gonna try really hard to focus on the architectural differences. New BambooHR platform is a bold claim. I'm excited to walk you through some of the new architecture and what that architecture actually translates on the ground. Looked like in the poll questions, I saw that features, there's a lot of interest in learning about new features. Remember, all those features are housed within this new platform. So I'm excited to just take five minutes and dive through that platform really quickly. Okay. So I'm gonna start off with this slide that really very oversimplified attempt at describing some of the big workplace events over the last, couple of decades, all starting with the gig economy. Of course, we remember those times with platforms coming out like Uber, Fiverr, Upwork, the DNI movement that we all experienced, remote work during COVID, great resignation. And, of course, things have only picked up even more with the AI era where we currently find ourselves. I was actually headed to SHRM last year, SHRM in Chicago. A lot of you probably probably saw a bunch of you there. But I happen to be sitting on the plane next to a local head of HR, for a local university. And I asked her, so what are your thoughts on this AI era? And she had an equal amount of trepidation as excitement. She recognized there was a lot of potential for this AI space, didn't really know how to navigate it. And, of course, as your software partners, this is an era that we feel a need to navigate together with you through all of these different areas. And a lot of times that requires us to pivot and evolve alongside the workplace changes and alongside all of you. So what I'm gonna share about the evolutions on our platform are very deeply rooted in the evolution of the landscape itself. Moving on to the next slide, I I do wanna give you another very oversimplified timeline with the eras that we have gone through as a product and that we have gone through this journey together, with with you, our customers. Looking back seventeen years ago when we were founded back in 02/2008, it it was a very different time. The market wasn't nearly as saturated. And the problems that we were solving back then seventeen years ago were pretty simple. We were trying to get people out of spreadsheets, trying to get people out of manual paperwork. Not that we don't do any of that now, but that was the main problem that we were trying to solve in the market. Of course, we set out to do that. We developed a best in class HRIS. We did that very well, but what happened next? The market shifted and company and organizational needs became a lot different. And that led us to what I would describe the the previous area that we're now exiting of the expansion or the multi product area where we rounded out our HRIS offering. Again, based on all of your needs, we rounded that offering out with payroll, Ben admin, benefits administration, time tracking, and performance, and some other solutions. Again, this is a very oversimplified view. That multi product area has been has been great for us. It's been great for our customers. But looking towards the HR needs of the future, if we really dive into what HR teams are going to need and HR professionals are gonna need five years, ten years, fifteen years from now. We believe that the multiproduct offering is no longer going to cut it. It will no longer, meet those needs in a meaningful way. So that leads us to this next era, which I we call the platform era. You see language like fully connected HR ecosystem. So remember, no longer multiple products, multiple logins. People want a single place and a single platform to be able to accomplish everything they would need to get done. Analytics that empower action. So it's no longer gonna be enough just to be able to surface data. We actually need the data to come to us with insights, contextual insights about what what actions we should be taking. It's no longer enough just to have the data. And another one, we already mentioned AI, but people don't wanna have to go to ChatGPT or Google or figure out get get AI help outside of the product. They want AI embedded directly in the platform. And we know that we're seeing these needs already. And it's this era of the platform that we are boldly stepping into with the new Bambo HR platform. And I'm excited to get really specific about the way that our architecture works in this new platform. And, again, I'll try to focus on ways that'll actually benefit you and your bottom lines in your different organizations. The new BambooHR platform is built on a foundation of native apps, pulling in third party functionality, and better together apps like we like to call them, forms an entire e HR ecosystem with AI embedded directly at the core in a unified data model to surface those insights and get meaningful insights like I mentioned a little bit earlier. I'm gonna walk you through each one of these pillars very briefly. First one is the very first pillar, everything is built on a foundation of native apps. So you see some familiar names here. The core HRS, payroll and benefits administration for US customers, and global employment where we're starting to get our feet wet, for our global and international base. You also see familiar names like time tracking ATS, performance management. So very familiar offerings. The re the the way that native apps become very innovative though is the way that we've started to build, and I'll use that word architecture again. We are now building our products, using reusable building blocks of code that can be combined and rearranged to create new products, and to even create spin offs of existing products. There are a couple of big benefits to building product this way. The very first one is the speed of innovation. So the rate at which we're able to deliver value is a lot quicker. Any of you that have been customers for two, three, four years know that we have really picked up the pace with how quickly we're delivering and innovating in new solutions. So that's benefit number one. Second benefit has a lot to do with the interface. Again, you look at any of these solutions here, the HRIS, payroll, admin, performance management, whether let's take an employee as an example. Whether they're viewing their employee record or a pay stub or or completing benefits enrollment, even a candidate, getting hired for the first time or going through the interview process or submitting a performance review. All of those are done using a single interface, and it's the platform architecture that allows us to pull that off. So that's the other big, big benefit, with the platform architecture is that single interface. Now on top of that native functionality, it brings us to our second platform pillar, which is this idea of a connected HR ecosystem where we start to pull in third party functionality directly into the platform. And here, I wanna get very, very intentional with how we define this. The idea of a connected HR ecosystem is not your traditional notion of HRIS plus integrations where hopefully they speak to each other. Connected HR ecosystem is completely different. We're talking about partners and third party apps building directly into the BamBuuHR platform, and I'll give an example to illustrate. Our physical time clocks partnership with which many of you have heard about or even participated in, is a good example of a customer need where it made sense to have a partner come in and build directly into the Bamboe HR platform. Bambo HR is in the business of software, but we saw this need for physical time clocks. We don't have factories set up at least currently to build our own hardware. Right? So here's an example where it made sense to partner with GT Clocks, have them build the interface directly into the BambooHR platform and provide the hardware. And to the end user, there's really no difference. And that's exactly what we're talking about with the idea of a connected HR ecosystem is a future where third party apps build directly in into the Vambor HR platform. Couple other examples that we've already pulled off are the Coronify integration for interview scheduling. Checkr is another very widely used example of a deep integration where there's no need to leave the BamBoo HR platform. And that's that's really what we're, the state that we're going for with this new platform and the connected HR ecosystem. Next one is the idea of embedded AI. Now many of you have already started using our current AI features, and we've got Ask EmboHR, of course, eNPS AI topic summaries. Those are really scratching the surface for a future where embedded AI is directly embedded into the BambooHR platform. Even later today, if I ever stop talking, you'll you'll get a sneak peek of some of the AI functionality coming out this year, and that's because AI is now built directly into the BambooHR platform. And the future of this is that AI will grow and adapt and learn alongside you and your organization. Here's an example of how that virtuous cycle can be created where better answers from AI lead to happier employees and then better data, which, of course, gets recycled back into AI. And that's where the learning and growing alongside the company comes in. I'm gonna finish by talking about unified data model. So imagine a future where you can get a 360 degree view of an employee. Of course, the employee profile is at the heart of all of this, but where you can pull data in from performance reviews, for example, and pair that with compensation data or engagement data. Imagine pulling in AI insights to know how likely it is that employee is gonna stay or leave your company and having that be tied to merit increase review. This is the type of model that the new BambooHR platform is built on. It goes back to, go back to some of what I alluded to earlier to the way that the platform is built. Built in a way that all of these different areas of the product in the platform speak to each other nicely. You can spin all of these up into a custom report or even a custom dashboard or visualization, all because everything's built on this unified data model. So with that, there's there's a summary of the Bamfy Char platform. Happy to field any questions on this later. For now, I'm gonna hand it over, but that's a brief summary of the new BambooHR platform. Really exciting times to be at BambooHR. Hi, everyone. My name is Panu. I'm one of the product marketing managers here at Bamboo, and and I'm excited to start the tour of what's new in the product, how it continues to improve to better serve your needs. And first, let's talk about one of our add ons, benefits administration. Some of you, may have been here, as Bamboo customers two years ago when we launched this, brand new product. And today, we have over 2,400 customers actively using it, and the product looks very different today. And there have been many, many improvements into the product to continue to make the experience for you, HR admins in, managing your plans and your plan information and employee enrollments, improving that experience for you, as well as improving the employee experience, how your employees can make their enrollments in BambooHR, and how they can view that data later, reducing the number of questions that they have to come and ask you. There's one, particular feature that I want to highlight for you today, and that's the ability to do a benefit enrollment through the mobile app. So this is something that our our customers, have been asking for. And now, with with this feature released, your employees can make their enrollments on the go using their mobile devices where, we spend so much time now. And this is whether your employees are a brand new hire, making elections for the first time, whether they're reporting a qualifying life event, or as your company's running open enrollment, this is just one of the, new features that we have added that, wanted to highlight for you. We've got an app for Bamboo both on the Apple platform and on the Google platform. And Camilla is going to share with you, several other exciting updates available in mobile. Alright. Thanks, Pano. And hello, everyone. I'm Camila Castiglanco, and I'm the product marketing manager over mobile. Time off in a couple other product areas. And as Pano said, I'm excited to continue our conversation about the latest updates in our mobile app. So as we just learned, we have already rolled out benefits enrollment on mobile, but there's even more coming your way starting with access to tax documents. So in the next couple of weeks, our payroll customers will get w two and ten ninety nine access under the pay info tab in the mobile app. If the user has multiple documents like you see in the screenshot here, they'll be listed with the most recent on top. And you can even share these documents directly from the app, making it easier than ever to manage your tax information. So this is a pretty exciting update. Next app in the mobile world, users will notice a new see my total rewards button just below the compensation section. And by tapping these, users will be able to view their total rewards statement in PDF format. There's even an option to download it directly to the device for offline access and easy record keeping. But having total rewards on mobile gives your employees easy access, convenience, transparency, and just a better understanding of their compensation overall. And for our iOS users, we're excited to introduce Ask BambooHR with Siri. In the next couple of weeks, users will be able to interact with Ask BambooHR, our AI assistant, hands free. You just have to say, hey, Siri. Ask BambooHR a question, and Siri will guide you through the process. Once you enable the ask BambooHR shortcut, Siri will respond with both text and audible answers, which is pretty cool. So if you're driving, you can ask BambooHR through Siri about your PTO balance in starting in a couple weeks. Now let's talk about custom rating questions, which are available now. We've enhanced our performance management feature by adding rating scales to custom feedback questions. This update is available on both web and mobile platforms, providing a more structured approach to feedback. And we'll dive deeper into these later in the webinar, but I wanted to make sure that you knew it's already available on on mobile for you guys to use. And if you haven't yet, be sure to download the app using the QR codes on your screen. Our mobile app is available on both the App Store and the Google Play, so there's a lot of new features that you can that you can use moving forward. And if you are already using it, that's amazing. We'd love to hear your feedback. Please leave us a review and let us know what you love about the app and how we can make your mobile experience even better. So moving to time off, we've made things more flexible, with default hours. So by default, our system sets everyone's time off to eight hours a day, Monday through Friday. And right now, you can still edit these hours, but that means manually going in and adjusting them every time someone works outside of that schedule. So with this new update, admins can now set default hours for different employee groups based on their actual schedule. So if your team works Monday to Friday or Monday to Saturday, the right hours will automatically show up in that time off request. You can also create new groups for different teams or shifts that you can see in the screenshot to your right. So, for example, you could set up a sales team group or a night shift group, whatever works best for you or for your company. So lots of flexibility and customization with this new update when it comes to time off. And now I'm excited to pass it over to Paul who's going to walk you through our latest updates on employee community. Awesome. Thanks so much, Camilla. Hey, everybody. So happy to be here. My name is Paul. I'm also on our product marketing team. It's really fun to see all your questions coming in in the chat. I think we might break a record with the most questions ever asked in a single webinar in this one. So I love it. We have a whole team of people answering those, and if we don't get an answer for you today, we'll definitely follow-up and get you an answer. I'm gonna talk about a couple of things. First, employee community. If you're not familiar with employee community, employee community is part of our pro plan, and it is your organization's internal comms and engagement hub. If you you've if you've used the old BambooHR announcement feature, think of it as that times 1,000,000 better. For those that have used employee community already, you might have noticed that employee community just looks different than the rest of BambooHR. We recently redesigned the whole user interface of BambooHR a few months ago and so something that's coming soon is we are gonna be redesigning the interface of employee community as well. So you can see a screenshot of it here. It'll match the rest of the look of BambooHR, but there's separate features inside employee community like announcements and groups and events, that you can use to up the engagement and the internal comms level at your organization. So, again, this is part of our pro plan, and it's something that'll be coming in the next couple of months. So get excited about that. The next feature I will talk about here is performance management. If you're not familiar with performance, it includes tools like assessments, feedback, goals, and one on ones to help you, keep track of employee performance, and to keep managers and employees in sync and to keep you and your leadership team aware of, how employees are performing and who's doing well and maybe who needs some help as well. So a couple updates that are, both coming and have already come to performance. First one I'll mention here is super exciting. Within feedback, we're adding something called AI summarized feedback. So when you, as a manager, request feedback about an employee, let's say you send, you know, five feedback feedback requests to that employee's colleagues, You get those feedback requests back, and sometimes it's just a lot of info to consume. So we've added this AI summary right within feedback that shows, you know, a high level summary, obviously, of the feedback that was received about that employee, which is helpful for managers to be able to digest all the information that they're getting from this tool. So, again, that's one that is part of the pro plan with performance and will be coming soon in the next couple of weeks. Then the next and last update that I'll cover here before passing it on to the next presenter is something that Camila just mentioned and that's ratings for custom feedback questions. This one is live already. It's on the pro plan. It's been released. If you've been using performance already, you might have noticed that within assessments, you can add ratings for custom feedback questions. You can now do that, or or excuse me. You can add ratings for custom assessment questions already. You can now add ratings for feedback questions as well as you can see here in this slide. So hopefully, that's a tool that'll help you to be able to ask the right questions and get the right feedback that you're looking for, from your employees. Otherwise, I will pass it on over to my good friend Nick to talk about artificial intelligence. Over to you, Nick. Excellent. Hey, thank you very much, Paul. Obviously, these are some really exciting features that we have coming through BambooHR, and I am the one lucky enough to talk to you about artificial intelligence and everything that we have coming with with AI, both the things that have come before, just recently released, and we'll also talk a little bit about some stuff that's coming, but that's a little later. So first, let's talk a little bit about Ask BambooHR. We've already had some really good questions coming to the q and a about the best ways to you ask use Ask BambooHR, and so please keep those coming. We wanna be able to to help with them because this is a really powerful tool that frees up your your administrators to be able to, focus on more strategic work, and allow the AI to be able to answer some of the the more basic routine kinds of questions that break your flow each day. So with Ask BambooHR though, we have recently put it into the BambooHR Slack app. So for those who are lucky enough to be using the BambooHR Slack app, you can download it for free out in the Slack marketplace. But you have been able to ask questions, do some tasks, and things like that out there in Slack. Now Ask BambooHR has been embedded directly into that app. Of course, this is available for, those who have Ask BambooHR in their their product tier. So that would be in the core and pro accounts. But those who do can go out there and they can ask questions. It'll go straight to our AI engine, which, of course, answers those questions based on, HRIS data that you have, you know, PTO and things like that, as well as for our pro customers, policy documents, that are hand selected by admins and uploaded. So you can do that right there, inside of the Slack app. Now a very recent addition for those who maybe are are eagle eyed customers, you'll see this agents and assistance functionality. So what does that mean? You look there at the top, that little pink window there, you'll see at the top of your Slack app, there's a little icon for BambooHR. If you click on that, it'll actually open up the BambooHR Slack app along the right side of your interface, right there in your chats. So that means that for users who prefer to have the BambooHR Slack app, to engage with Ask BambooHR or submit requests or things like that, they can keep that chat open persistently to the side of their regular their Slack conversations. This is especially useful for our HR admins, so that they can ask whatever questions they need or even do some of those simple tasks straight from Slack for the companies that really do a lot of their work in there. So it helps you kinda keep whatever interface you feel is gonna keep you most productive. I would definitely encourage you to go out and give this a try because this is available now for our core and pro customers who have the Pampers HR Slack app installed. Now I wanna talk a little bit about reporting. Reporting is one of those things that we have so much functionality. We're very proud of the reports that we we offer, and, we have more things to be able to add. I actually had a question in the q and a about something we're about to talk about, so it's very exciting. Our new custom report builder was launched back in December, and it brought, you know, an entirely new interface, the ability to live preview your reports as you build them, which is, you know, already a step up. But coming very soon, we're gonna be adding more reporting, more reporting fields, more data sources that you can use in the custom report builder. So, up to now, it's, really been us kind of rebuilding that experience so that it was easier to use, easier to create reports, making sure that they were more flexible, and, you know, that you were able to get exactly what you were hoping for out of them. The benefit of the new data architecture that Nate talked about earlier with the the new BambooHR platform is that we can now bring in new kinds of data that everyone has been clamoring for. So, first up, I will say performance and benefits. Expect those very soon. We are are currently working on polishing those up and making sure that we can get them out to you. Keep an eye on our release, messages that we send out to be able to know when those are actually available for you. They're not quite there yet. ATS is currently being worked on. It's just a little bit further out. So for those who are are waiting for that ATS data, it's coming, but it won't be as early as performance and benefits. Hopefully, that'll be able to tide you over until then. So these are really exciting. You can see there in the screenshot that we have performance data, you know, running in in my own system right now. So you can see that you can pull in all those different goals, you know, a lot of different fields around your performance data and connect that up to all kinds of different, other data inside your custom reports. So it's very exciting. Lots coming there. With that, I am going to go ahead and hand it off to Audrey. Thanks, Nick. I'm Audrey Arrington. I'm super excited to be talking to this group. I'm the Product Marketing Manager over payroll and also implementation. Let's dive right in. Recently, we've just added our first of a few accounting integrations with QuickBooks Online to our app marketplace. This allows you to transfer your Bamboo HR payroll general ledger data to your accounting software. Accounting integrations eliminate manual data entry by directly sending journal entry reports from BambooHR to QuickBooks Online. And this feature will also increase accuracy and reduce errors for manual input. And lastly, it also will save you time because users no longer need to download and upload journal entry reports manually. How does this work? Account owners are able to go into their settings and install the QuickBooks Online general ledger app from the settings page. Once connected, then users select an existing journal entry report or they can create a new one, and then they'll map their memo lines to their QuickBooks chart of accounts. The user, after they map those accounts, then they'll save the report, and then this is shown on the left image. After payroll has been approved and paid, the user goes to reports and then payroll so they can send their journal entry report to QuickBooks Online via the Send to QuickBooks button as shown on the right. And then you still will be able to see a preview of the journal entry report. It will be displayed and then you can send that data to QuickBooks. We've also created a pre deductions page, which allows you to view deductions before starting payroll. So, this gives you more transparency and reduces stress during payroll processing. This feature allows you to verify deduction changes before payroll starts. It also provides a comprehensive view of upcoming payroll deductions and enhances your confidence in payroll accuracy by offering early visibility into deduction changes before payroll is run. So how does this work? You can navigate to this feature by clicking on the payroll tab, navigate to pre payroll, and then click on deductions. The pre payroll deductions page displays the following information for the given payroll, the active deductions for each employee, the employee and company contribution amounts for each deduction, deduction type totals for the payroll, deduction changes, new or ending deductions, and the deduction history model for each deduction. We've updated the process to allow customers to choose holiday pay settings for each holiday. We streamlined this process, which means it's less time consuming and less complicated. We separated holiday into paid holiday or holiday PTO from worked holidays in the Bamboo HR, time tracking, and payroll. Holiday hours automatically come into payroll for all employees, salary and hourly. We will continue to allow different pay rates across holidays. So, for example, one employee could be assigned to Christmas at 2x and Christmas Eve at 1.5x. We now allow for combining holiday pay with projects, tasks, shift differentials, if applicable. What's coming soon? I know everyone's really excited about this slide. We're excited about a few upcoming product launches. We recently just released our QuickBooks Online integration. Xero is on the way, and we have more to follow later this year. Our payroll teams are working hard on updating more functionality around job costing reporting and improving our payroll reporting by making it more customizable. And with that, I will turn it back over to Austin. Awesome. Thank you, Audrey. So that was a a quick run through of all the releases we've done or that are coming soon done in the last quarter and the ones that are coming soon. Next we're going to jump into excitedly into a sneak peek of the 2025 roadmap. This is mostly focused on the next, three to five months of features that our teams are working on right now that are gonna be super exciting. A lot of these features are are for our elite plan, but there's also a couple other updates we're excited to give in in this, in this forum. So I'm gonna turn the time over to Nick to jump back on. He owns a lot of the product areas that are gonna be launching here in the in the near future. So he'll walk us through that 2025 road map that that him and the team are working on, and there's some exciting stuff there. But, again, if you if you wanna learn more about any of these features or talk to a rep, go to the polls section and you can fill out a demo request right there. Alright. Nick, it's Austin. Thanks, Austin. I appreciate it. One of the things we are most excited about for 2025 is the addition of a third package. Many of you have have seen, you know, communications about this. You've gotten some of the video that you saw at the beginning there with kind of the hype that we're getting around this, and it's because we see the opportunity to continue to expand the offerings that we have and really give you the the features that you're going to use, most in the stage of development that you are at so that you you really have a good match there. Obviously, you're familiar with core and pro, and we're really excited to talk a little bit about elite and what the elite package is gonna be able to offer. You can see the high level here. You know, we're talking about compensation benchmarking, which is a huge deal. A lot of people have talked to us about that, combined with compensation planning. You know, of course, that's the whole compensation, sandwich there, and, you know, we'd be able to offer all of those pieces. We also are gonna be offering HR benchmarks. This is many of those cost or those, standard reports that you're using every day. Being able to benchmark on not just what's happening in your company, the data around, you know, for example, wellness or eNPS or things like that, but also just the ability to, know a little bit more about what turnover is it should be like for companies that are like you, and, the the, ability to understand what is normal for a pure company in terms of, you know, turnover that's regrettable or turnover that is, non regrettable. And being able to benchmark those things is really, really powerful. So let's jump in a little bit here and talk about compensation benchmarking. And we'll go through each of these features, you know, one by one as we talk a little bit about the the elite package here. So, obviously, the first step of your compensation management is all about benchmarking. It's understanding where your pay currently sits and where the rest of the market currently sits, and this helps a lot with retention, with transparency, with equality. Being able to benchmark based on real data that's coming from the market out there, it makes all the difference in terms of finding and retaining top talent, and we wanted to make that as easy as possible. So we've integrated that entire experience powered by, you know, a leader in the salary, data space, Mercer, so that you'll be able to go in right in BambooHR, without any any, you know, extra steps there and be able to, benchmark all of the the titles that are inside of your company with reliable data right there in an integrated experience. So it's very exciting. We actually have been running a fantastic beta with some customers out there. This is just one customer who's been using compensation benchmarking, Natalie Allen. She says it's been an amazing new addition to their toolbox. It's quick, easy to do. It allows them to make sure everyone is being paid fairly compared to other positions in the area. And that's really what it's all about is helping you get an anchor there in not just what's happening in your company, but in the realities that are happening elsewhere in companies like yours. Next up, compensation planning. This is everything that you need to manage compensation with ease, and we really mean that it's gonna be able to take you all the way through the process. Right? We're talking about, compensation budgeting, worksheets. Of course, that's where a lot of the work is done as you're you're starting out the the cycle creation that you're gonna be doing. Workflows, approvals, we want you to be able to take all of this and keep it inside of BambooHR so that you're not context switching, and losing all of that time jumping from tool to tool or benchmark to benchmark, and able to do the job that you you know is really, really, important to the success of your organization. So you'll be able to see levels and bands. You'll be able to manage communication at every step, and that includes approval processes, with those who need to be able to approve them, and even being able to communicate out, once those those compensation changes have been solidified. That's what compensation is gonna be all about as part of the elite package. Now this is the HR benchmarks I was talking about. Here's an example, that is a particularly powerful one. One of them is ENPS. It's great to know where your company stands in terms of your employee net promoter score. Very important to know. But what should it look like compared to other companies who are in the same industry as you, who are of a similar size, or maybe even a similar location? Being able to to see that helps you set goals that are grounded in real, in in reality, but also that allow you to reach for something that you know is attainable and achievable and get buy in from the rest of the leaders in your organization. So these kinds of benchmarks, they are up to the minute, up to date because this comes from true live data all over the world. So they're really a powerful differentiator for our our, customers to be able to understand where they are now and where they wanna be. Another benchmarks that we have, a couple of them is our diversity benchmarks, both around age and gender. These are just good things to be able to keep track of to make sure that you have a diverse workforce with diverse, inputs and backgrounds, just so that you can understand if you are skewed in one direction or another, if you're doing really well there, or if that's something that you'd wanna be able to improve. And then one more very powerful piece of what the elite package has to offer is customizable dashboards and visualizations. This is all about gaining clarity that can drive action. We obviously have, the BambooHR home experience where, you know, you have some of those customizable, windows and and chips and things like that that you can change there. This is next level. This is about creating visualizations for data that didn't have visualizations before, being able to build out a dashboard that gives you exactly the insights at a glance that you're hoping to be able to get, and then giving you and the leaders in your organization the ability to take meaningful action with confidence. You'll be able to build these out, you know, as a as an elite customer, you'll be able to build out, any of these dashboards in in in any way that you need to to be able to see that data and then be able to share it across the organization so that everyone is always up to date on exactly what your people data is saying. So you can really unlock people intelligence. And then last part of the elite package is a premium services, and this is really just about giving you the services that you need to get the absolute most from BambooHR. They include an advanced implementation since there are advanced features here that, you know, require more time, more thoughts so you can learn them and make the most of them. It also includes an annual business review that will come from, you know, our fantastic professional services just to be able to understand where you're doing well and what we can improve in the coming year, how BambooHR can best help you to achieve that. One on one training for new administrators throughout the year. If you get a new administrator, part of this this service is just being able to make sure that they are brought up to speed as quickly as possible by the experts that we have on hand. And then there will be exclusive, elite events that are all about just bringing together a lot of our customers, sharing out some things that are exciting for, Elite in particular, and just making sure that you have a a place to belong, ask questions, and connect better. Last, this is something that, we just wanna be able to tease, talk a little bit about. As you know, I'm the one who talked about, you know, Ask BambooHR. We are planning to bring new AI enhancements for admins. So right now, Ask BambooHR has really been focused on freeing up our admins by helping our employees, answering their routine questions. But there's so much more that, our AI can do. And so over the the coming year, please, you know, keep an an ear to the ground as we share more in the future. But we wanna be able to have our admins go into Ask MemoHR and be able to spin up a, a a custom visualization really quickly or, get help with a particular workflow, so that it's always at the the command of our our admins to be able to, to use it, but that we're gonna make your jobs easier, faster, and help you connect to the data that you already have living inside of your system right now, to be able to make more of those really good decisions that help, build your business and your people over the coming year. With that, I'm gonna hand it back to Austin, and he's gonna tell you a little bit more. Awesome. Thank you, Nick. Exciting to see all those updates that are that are coming to BambooHR that have come to BambooHR and that are coming in the near future. There's one more that I wanted to talk about real quick. Let me pull the slide back up. We're making some adjustments to our how we how you do your scheduling. So with self scheduling, you'll be able to simplify the interview process by allowing your candidates, to select and manage their own interview times based on the interviewer's availability. The tool automatically updates both the interviewer and the candidate, making scheduling much faster and much easier, much more efficient for you and for, the person that you're interviewing. So this one that is another one that is on our list of things that we're working on that are becoming in the next few months. Right now the plan is for it to go, to to integrate with Google, but there's some other things that we're working on that hopefully we'll be able to get it to integrate other areas. But for now, this self scheduling will be with Google and, we're excited to be able to pass this on to you and you'll be able to really improve how you schedule, interviews with, those people that you're talking to every day. We know that's a huge, need to streamline that process and make it easier to get those calendars aligned. So we're excited about that. Okay. With that, we're gonna jump into a poll real quick and then we'll jump into the q and a right after that. Lots of questions. We'll try and get through as many as we can in the in the time that we have. So with that, let's jump into the q and a. There is a ridiculous amount of questions, so we're gonna do our best, to answer as many of them as we can. I'm gonna invite my team, the product marketing team, to jump back onto the screen and we'll just go through some of these questions as as much of them as we can. So, let's start. I'm just reading through the questions now to find the best ones. Let's start with mobile. Let's see. There's a question about the AskBambooHR, the Siri app that's coming soon. Actually, sorry. I'm reading the wrong spot here. Yeah. For app BambooHR, what kinds of questions can ask BambooHR answer, and who what languages are is it available? And, Nick, can you help us with that? HR is like I was saying before, it's really about answering those kind of routine HR questions that keep you out of your flow. So, for our core customers, that includes HRIS data questions. That stuff like, you know, how much PTO do I have or how much will I have on a certain day? Or pro customers, they also have the ability to upload company, policy documents and get they hand select which ones are gonna be brought in to AskMambo HR. But that can be, you know, like, put a a company handbook in there and ask, what's what is our maternity leave policy, or how do I get reimbursed for, you know, a business expense, or what's our four zero one k match, and those kinds of things. So those are the kinds of questions it can answer, and it's really as good as your data is, which is usually fantastic if you're using bam BambooHR. As far as the the languages question, I'm glad that you asked that. There's some other people who asked that as well. One of the great things about Ask BambooHR is it's awesome for international, because it can both answer, ask be asked and answer questions in any language, and they don't have to match. You can ask it in one one language and then say, please answer in Japanese, and it will, do a real time translation and give you that answer from the policy document or the HRIS data in the language you you ask for. So omnilingual. Awesome. Thanks, Nick. While we have you, I saw a few people asking how and you hit on it briefly. How do they add that that integration with Slack? Can you give just, like, a pre a brief preamble of how they could do that? Absolutely. No. And it's super easy. The Slack has made it super easy. We are one of very few of the, Slack apps that are currently allowed to use the agents and assistance functionality. So it's real easy. You go out to the Slack marketplace. You download the BambooHR, app for Slack, and, you know, have it have it, installed there. You already will have it in your Slack. You might have to go through IT depending on the size of your organization to make sure that they give it the okay if you don't already have it. But it installs really easily when you install it from the marketplace. And then if you already have Ask BambooHR activated in your BambooHR account, then it will automatically be activated for the Slack app too. So real easy. Awesome. Thanks, Nick. Audrey, we had a few people reach out about how they set up, QuickBooks Online, that integration between Bambridge or Payroll for US customers and QuickBooks Online. Can you just give a quick shout out of how they get to that and how they set it up? Yeah. So if you wanna get it set up, you'll go to settings. You'll go to the top gear, and then you'll see something that's called apps. And then within there, you can search for QuickBooks online. And then the person that is the only person that's allowed to actually install the integration, because there is a billing piece, is it has to be your account owner. But after the account owner has installed, added it to your account, and accepted the $30, EIN connection fee, then those that are payroll admins can go in and map their chart of accounts to QuickBooks Online. So you just need the account owner to go through the initial first steps. Awesome. Thank you so much. Nick, back to the the new report builder. When can you give us a little more detail around Mercer and how that integration is going to work? When we're talking about the Elite stuff that's coming? Yep. Yeah. Absolutely. The Mercer data, we have a tight connection with their API. At launch with Elite, we're going to have a full and comprehensive, set of of job titles for North America coming through Mercer. We will have an international set of job titles, through Mercer's Comtrix, which is very, very reliable for, tech industry. Right? So it's not quite every single job title that could exist out there, right at launch, but it'll give you a nice selection of those international ones. And then we'll also have the ability for you to bring any benchmark you already have and add it into BambooHR so you can use it with all those those beautiful compensation planning tools and try and keep everything inside one platform as you do your next, your next compensation cycle. So there'll be kinda different levels there of the the benchmarking, but we're working around the clock to add more benchmarks for more job titles as fast as we possibly can through very reliable sources. Awesome. We had several questions about the elite plan, Nick. Where can customers go to learn more about the pricing and and and everything about it? Best thing to do would be to reach out to a sales rep. They have some information about the elite plan. More is gonna be coming, and we're gonna be, you know, even doing an event a little bit later in this year towards midyear, that we would love for you to be able to come to. But, yeah, reach out for, you know, a rep. Have them talk you through some of the functionality and the features there, and they can send you, some web pages and some other things that you can be able to look at and, you know, see see how Elite could be a fit to to help you guys unlock people intelligence.
